To measure: take a SOFT measuring tape and measure around the bone on your wrist.
pull the tape snug NOT tight. if you measure
5 1/2 to 6 1/4 you are a small
6 1/4 to 6 3/4 you are a medium
over 6 3/4 you will be a large
