The sea and creatures within...
The sand...
The simple gold accents...
All of these contribute to my work in silver. Being a native to Cape Cod has filled me with appreciation of this wonderful island that inspires me daily to work with colorful stones, graceful designs and my imagination.
My newest work centers around the centennial of the digging of the Cape Cod Canal. Built in July of 1914, this structure is the lifeblood of the Cape. It inspired a line of jewelry consisting of three sterling silver wires woven together to signify the three bridges that cross the Canal: the Bourne, Sagamore and railroad bridges. My "Three Bridges" bracelets, earrings and pendants incorporate these clean, elegant lines with or without stones and are a unique and exciting addition to my collection.
